WELDING GANTRY

The robot welding gantry serves as a carrier for the welding robot and the auxiliary welding robot. A total of 11 robot axes are controlled during welding. The auxiliary welding robot is used in slave operation, among other things, for cleaning (brushing and grinding) the intermediate layers. The gantry can be moved on rails in order to equip the tilting table with the removable frame by crane. 

TILTING TABLE

The tilting table is part of the pipe node welding system. Designed as a robot axis of the welding gantry, it enables during the automated welding together with the rotation axis of the removable clamping device that welding can always be carried out in the PA position.
