With satisfaction to success

The satisfaction of our employees is a matter of great concern to us. We have set ourselves the goal of reinforcing the internal company spirit at IMG and to improve communication among one another. In this context we are of the opinion that work and leisure need not be kept strictly apart from one another. A good example for this are our company sport teams, in which the emphasis is always on fun and enjoying sport.

To give one example, the IMG Dragons, the dragon boat team of IMG, which has already taken part in many competitions with great enthusiasm and ahas shown ample proof of its own performance. In addition, we have a volleyball team and a football team. These teams, too, will soon show what they are capable of and have already gained a number of victories.
